3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the MZPlay Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously thereafter:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. MZPlay enforces a strict21+ age policy in alignment with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any promotional offer.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the MZPlay Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts must be registered and used exclusively in the name of the individual Player. The use of an Account on behalf of a third party, or the transfer of account ownership, is prohibited.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: Users must ensure that accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of their country or territory of residence. MZPlay does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You confirm that you are not knowingly suffering from a gambling disorder, are not subject to a self-exclusion order, and are not registered on any gambling exclusion programme at the time of registration.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access Gaming Services on MZPlay, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change subsequent to registration.

The following information is required during registration:

• Full legal name (as per official identification document)
• Date of birth (must confirm21+ eligibility)
• Valid email address (used for account communications and security)
• Malaysian mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (MYR / RM)
• Confirmation of acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

Following initial registration, MZPlay may require completion of enhanced due diligence (EDD) or additional KYC documentation, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and — for withdrawals exceding applicable thresholds — source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

5 Terms of Use

By using the MZPlay Platform, you agree to the following general usage conditions:

• You will access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting purpose.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, access games, or interact with any part of the Platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be reversed.
• You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on MZPlay are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer processes and that the Platform does not manipulate outcomes.
• You will not conduct, facilitate, or participate in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through your MZPlay Account.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and that losses are foreseeable and accepted outcome of participation.

MZPlay reserves the right to monitor account activity, review transaction histories, and conduct audits of any Account at any time, with or without prior notice. Where unusual or suspicious activity is identified, MZPlay may suspend, restrict, or permanently close the Account and withold associated funds pending investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

MZPlay supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and AmBank), as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT TRC20).

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting fromRM30 for e-wallets and RM50 for FPX bank transfers. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit flow.
• MZPlay does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which MZPlay accepts no liability.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment network. MZPlay does not guarantee processing times as these are partly determined by third-party payment infrastructure.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit and registered in your own name. MZPlay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Completion of KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawals. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is finalised.
• Estimated withdrawal processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank transfer — 15 to 60 minutes. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• MZPlay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in temporary processing delays of up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

MZPlay offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, referal bonuses, migration bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• One Account Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available to one Account per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed within the specified validity period before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements for individual promotions are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Validity: Uncompleted wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse & Exploitation: MZPlay reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close Accounts where bonus abuse (including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures) is identified.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, withdrawals derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum win cap. The applicable cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all Gaming Services accessed on the MZPlay Platform:

• All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. MZPlay does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a gaming session or live event, MZPlay will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from available server records. Where this is not possible, the round or bet in question will be voided and the corresponding wager amount returned to the Account balance.
• Sports betting markets are offered in conjunction with licensed international odds providers. MZPlay reserves the right to void any bet where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond applicable settlement deadlines, or where pricing errors are identified.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. The rules applicable to each live game are displayed within the game interface. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes will be referred to the relevant studio provider's records.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. Players who consistently wager at or near maximum bet limits may be subject to individual account bet limit adjustments at MZPlay's discretion.
• All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and are statistically independent of prior outcomes. The outcome of any single spin or hand cannot be predicted or influenced.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the MZPlay Platform. Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Match-Fixing Exploitation: Placing bets with knowledge of predetermined or manipulated sporting outcomes.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Initiating chargebacks, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or conducting transactions intended to defraud MZPlay or other users.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for purpose of depositing, layering, or withdrawing funds connected to criminal activity.
• Minor Registration: Registering an Account on behalf of or for use by an individual under 21 years of age.

10 Responsible Gambling

MZPlay is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools and resources to all registered players. Use of these tools is strongly encouraged where a player believes their gambling behaviour may be causing harm:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to be notified when a gambling session reaches a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gambling section of Account Settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and no deposits or wagers will be accepted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during gameplay reminding players of elapsed session time and total wagered amounts.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the MZPlay Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of MZPlay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content, including screen capture, data scraping, or reproduction of game assets or odds data, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MZPlay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, system outages, or third-party payment network disruptions outside MZPlay's reasonable control;
• Losses attributable to your failure to secure Account credentials or to notify MZPlay of suspected unauthorised access;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, promotional terms, or game return-to-player statistics;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss, and MZPlay does not guarantee any particular outcome.

Where MZPlay's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, MZPlay's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments

MZPlay reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice to registered Players. Where amendments are material in nature, MZPlay will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered Account address or by prominent notice on the Platform.

The most current version of this Agreement is always available at https://mzplay.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not accept any amendment to this Agreement, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request closure of your Account. Any outstanding real-money balance (less applicable bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the Platform's international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to its existence, validity, breach, termination, or the consequences of its nullity — shall, where possible, be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you may escalate the matter through the formal complaint procedure described in Section 15 below. MZPlay does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any specific national court system for disputes arising from this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Malaysian users acknowledge that the laws of Malaysia may have separate and independent application to their conduct and are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice if uncertain about their legal position under Malaysian law.
